- Every Sandburg student may check out books from our library.
- Preschool children come weekly for a story time and to check out one book that will be part of their classroom collection for the week.
- Kindergarten, first, and second grade students may check out 2 books. They may have their books for one week.
- Third, fourth, and fifth grade students may check out 4 books. They may have their books for two weeks.
- Students may renew their books as many times as necessary in order to finish reading the book or complete a classroom assignment.
- Overdue notices are printed twice a month. Our library does not charge an overdue book fee. However, students who lose or damage a book will be assessed the cost of the book.
