Carl Sandburg Elementary parents and staff believe that our students are at the heart of everything we do. The results of the Kids at the Heart of Sandburg Auction - over $30,000 raised!!! - is a glowing example of your commitment.

Thank you for your generous support, through your donations and gifts, for the work we do here with students. Not only is it sincerely appreciated, it is necessary to continue the high level of learning we have come to expect for our students here at Sandburg!

A huge thank you to our fabulous PTO leadership and team of dedicated volunteers for their tireless work. They went above and beyond to ensure that the Kids at the Heart of Sandburg Auction was a huge success.

Dinner and Auction 2008

 What a successful evening! Over $30,000 was raised to support our wonderful school. As well, 7 document cameras were funded to continue the integration of 21st Century technology in the classroom.

 Auction Minimize

The Kids at the Heart of Sandburg Auction and Raffle is fast approaching!  Don't forget to save the date for February 22, 2008 at 6pm.  The auction this year will be held at the Crystal Rose near Broadway and C-470.  If you haven't already made a donation to the auction, now's the time to think about what you, your friends, family members and neighbors might be able to donate.  Please contact Vickie Marquez at vickie3500@yahoo.com or Michelle Redfearn at redfearn8063@msn.com with any questions.
